At UPL, we had the pleasure of working on a property in the Deer Creek Highlands neighborhood in Northwest Omaha. Our team installed a stunning pool deck using Unilock: Beacon Hill Smooth & Copthorne pavers, creating a sleek and inviting space for relaxation. We also added a retaining wall made from glacier boulders, seamlessly integrating the landscape. To enhance this area even further, we built a pergola to provide shade and style.

The project didn't stop there—we also crafted an outdoor kitchen complete with U-cara raised bar cabinets, a grill, refrigerator, trash pullout, beverage center, sink, and granite countertop, plus a fire table! Additionally, we planted trees and other plants like Kit Kat Nepeta, Millenium Allium, and Karl F Feather Reed Grass, surrounded by smokey mountain river rock, adding natural beauty. Finally, our comprehensive lighting solution included under-cap lights, spotlights, path lights, and an outdoor speaker system that transformed this backyard into a vibrant oasis day and night.

To infuse the property with natural beauty, we embarked on a landscaping endeavor that included the planting of a variety of trees and shrubs. Among the carefully selected flora were Taylor Junipers, Columnar White Pines, Kit Kat Nepeta, Millenium Allium, and Karl F Feather Reed Grass, each chosen for its unique charm and ability to thrive in the local climate.

To add a touch of rustic elegance, these plantings were thoughtfully surrounded by smoky mountain river rock. This choice of ground cover not only reduced maintenance requirements but also accentuated the natural beauty of the garden beds.

We also installed a walkway around the property, allowing easy access to different areas of the outdoor space. This pathway was designed with aesthetics and functionality in mind, ensuring that residents could enjoy their lush surroundings effortlessly.
