We are looking for a full-time Project Manager who will be responsible for managing hardscape construction projects, maintaining crew safety, ensure jobsite quality, and assist the production team throughout the process.
Our office is located in Gretna, NE, and all applicants must live in Gretna or in a nearby area of Nebraska such as Omaha, Elkhorn, or Ashland.
What you’ll do as a Project Manager:
- Manage hardscape construction crews and projects from beginning to final walkthrough.
- Maintain crew safety and efficient work practices through training and supervision.
- Ensure jobsite quality and appearance meets homeowner and UPL standards.
- Complete regular site visits, walkthroughs, and final sign off with homeowners at end of installation.
- Manage project organization through site preparation, material orders, equipment deliveries, and onsite supervision of projects.
- Provide proactive communication to clients, crews, general manager, and staff.
In order to qualify for our Project Manager position, you must:
- 3-5 years of project management experience within the landscaping construction industry.
- Expert level skill set in setting our projects, grades, and reading blueprints, and an in-depth knowledge of hardscape industry best practices and installation techniques.
- Insurability and ability to operate company's vehicles.
- Ability to push, pull, lift or move up to 50 pounds unassisted.
- Have a strong work ethic and commitment to producing quality work that exceeds client expectations.
- Be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. (Spanish speaking is a big plus!)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary of $60,000 - $75,000 depending on experience
